Brotherhood Chapter 19: Slurrin' "Agh, crud." My shoes slosh with rainwater walking into my apartment. I pull the door shut harder than I mean to and take the soaking soles off. Change in plans!

Next year. Next year I'll be foregoing most social obligations and possibly several hygiene necessities. But for now, I'm going to finish the numerous stories I've already started and work on finding one that I could actually work on for hours till completion for a full month for hours and hours a day. So.... Those of you actually holding your breath for the next installment of whichever of my stories you read, uh, hold your breath... no more? I mean, don't expect instantaneous submissions, but given the changes in my goals for now, it's safe to say that the wait for new content won't last as long as I had previously implied.

Remember me? ... No? All right then. In all seriousness, I'm writing more now than I have in... well, a while. The Nuzlocke Logs are taking up my attention at the moment creatively, mostly because I'm planning on participating in NaNoWriMo this November and I want to finish this story before I concentrate on an entirely new one for the month. Once November is over, I'll be returning to the fan fiction. I can't guarantee that I'll be taking a break from Pokémon, since I have another story AFTER the Nuzlocke Logs in mind, but I will get around to my older stories. I just can't say when right now because then I'll fail to hit my own deadl

This journal entry has nothing to do with anything immediately relevant to my DA account or activities, but just some friendly advice regarding a little technique that might help some get past writing blocks or stalls or whatever term you prefer. Relatively recently, I've discovered that I find it easier to think (and when necessary, to NOT think) if I have background noise that I can tune out, but that also simultaneously overpowers whatever distracting background noise there might be.
